FA present a subset patients with overweight or obesity and could contribute to response weight loss treatments. Aim Determine individuals that fulfil criteria measured by YFAS 2.0, its association anthropometric body composition variables clinical sample undergoing treatment. Also, determine most prevalent criteria. Methods An observational, analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted. Sampling non-probabilistic, convenience based. A total 158 participants were recruited from two centers (private public) focused on managing non-communicable chronic diseases. The Chilean version 2.0 administrated through online REDCap platform. Anthropometric measurements measured, mass index (BMI) calculated. Results mean age 47.8 (SD 14.9) BMI 28.7 5.3) kg/m 2 . There 12.7% who screened positive (3.2% for mild, 2.5% moderate 7.0% severe), symptom count 2.2 2.6), withdrawal being criterion (33.5%). had significantly higher compared non-FA subjects ( p = 0.045). We observed slight significant correlation between 0.020), waist circumference 0.005), 0.023). Conclusion This first Chile showed treatment associated measurements. In addition, it criterion. Future studies should investigate whether presence suboptimal
