ABSTRACT
Clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) is a common malignancy with high distant metastasis rate. Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are reported to be upregulated or downregulated in multiple cancers and play crucial role the of tumors prognosis. Therefore, purpose our study construct prognostic signature for ccRCC based on metastasis-related lncRNAs explore involved potential competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) screened from database cancer genome atlas (TCGA) were used co-expression network identify module by weighted gene analysis (WGCNA).
