ABSTRACT
The immune microenvironment plays a critical role in tumor biology. molecular profiles of components and related genes are tremendous value for the study primary resistance to checkpoint blockers (ICBs) gastric cancer (GC) serve as prognostic biomarkers predict GC survival. Recent studies have revealed that cell infiltration (ICI) is an indicator survival responsiveness chemotherapy patients. Here, we describe landscape based on ESTIMATE CIBERSORT algorithms help separate into 3 ICI clusters using unsupervised clustering method. Further in-depth analyses, such differential expression gene (DEG) analysis principal component (PCA), establish scoring system. A low score characterized by increased mutation burden (TMB). combination TMB better predicts Analyses public our own database system could also present demonstrated may be effective biomarker predictive immunotherapy.
