ABSTRACT
Recently, additional long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been identified and their possible roles were investigated in a variety of human tumors. One these lncRNAs, LINC01929, promoted the progression some cancers, whereas its expression biological function oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) remains still mostly uncertain. The LINC01929 OSCC tissues or lines was via quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. counting kit-8, transwell migration, wound-healing, flow cytometry assays utilized to characterize functions cells. interactive relationships between miR-137-3p, miR-137-3p Forkhead box C1 (FOXC1) by dual-luciferase activity assay. Our findings demonstrated that highly expressed tissue samples lines, downregulated. acted as carcinogenic lncRNA with accelerated proliferation, migration invasion, suppression apoptosis. We further indicated facilitated tumor growth xenograft mouse models. Mechanistically, sponge for elevate FOXC1 expression, which is target miR-137-3p. In addition, downregulated rescued suppressive behaviors knockdown on Taken together, functioned tumor-promoting miR-137-3p/FOXC1 axis OSCC, suggesting novel targets therapy.
