ABSTRACT
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a well-described complication of Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS). However, the risk factors BCS in developing HCC and clinical characteristics imaging features BCS-associated still to be determined.Data from 113 consecutive patients with primary Qilu hospital were retrospectively studied. Symptom duration longer than one year exhibited decreased serum ALT AST increased ascites ratio. presented IVC block stricture hepatic venous outflow tract. Patients older showed elevated total bilirubin. Most nodules located right posterior lobe heterogeneous enhancement during arterial phase washout delayed phase.The results indicate that tract seem irregular on phase.
