ABSTRACT
B-cell receptor-associated protein 31 (BAP31) has been shown to overexpress in a wide range type of cancers. The present study aims investigate the role BAP31 on migration lung cancer. Results showed that knockdown cells was weaken than control cells. Applying TGFβ treat could reduce cell migration. enhancement proliferation by treatment downregulated after knockdown. death and G0/G1 phase arrest increased with siRNA when compared alone. Gene expression analysis Bax/Bcl2, MLKL LC3 upregulated combinatorial siRNA. In addition, regulate multiple signaling pathways, especially for Wnt signaling. It found treated decreased β-catenin cytosolic nuclear localization. activator BIO restore downregulation This finding suggested regulated cancer is possibly involved mechanisms
