ABSTRACT
Objectives Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common primary liver cancer and characterized by high aggressiveness extremely poor prognosis. Increasing evidence has suggested that circular RNAs (circRNAs), which are highly stable, play crucial roles in progression of multiple malignancies. However, circRNAs HCC remain elusive. Materials Methods The expression patterns were identified qRT-PCR. A series functional experiments both vivo vitro used to determine role circERBIN proliferation. Bioinformatics an RNA pulldown assay identify potential downstream targets circERBIN. Results was upregulated cell lines tissues, predictive a prognosis patients. Elevated promoted G1/S transition cells, thus facilitating proliferation tumorigenesis cells. Mechanistic investigations revealed regulated acting as sponge miR-1263, subsequently targeted cyclin dependent kinase 6 controlled transition. Conclusion Taken together, these results determined functions important epigenetic regulator development, highlighting promising target for treatment HCC.
