ABSTRACT
The effect of lymph node resection on the prognosis bladder cancer (BLCA) patients receiving radical cystectomy should not be ignored. Our aim was to explore prognostic value log odds negative nodes/T stage (LONT) and construct a more effective nomogram based LONT predict cancer-specific survival (CSS) in postoperative BLCA patients. Patients diagnosed with after between 2004 2015 Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results (SEER) database were enrolled. We randomly split (7:3) these into primary cohort internal validation cohort. 86 from First Affiliated Hospital Nanchang University collected as external set. Univariate multivariate cox regression analyses carried out seek factors According significantly factors, simple-to-use established for predicting CSS. Their performances evaluated by using calibration curves, concordance index (C-index), receiver operating characteristic (ROC) decision curve analysis (DCA). In addition, different risk groups tested Kaplan-Meier curves log-rank tests. Whether or overall (OS), an independent significant factor. Through further screening, ultimate CSS composed nine including LONT, age, race, tumor size, histologic type, T stage, N summary chemotherapy. C-index cohort, 0.734, 0.720 0.728, respectively. AUC at 3 5 years 0.783 0.774 0.781 results DCA showed good clinical applicability. Significant differences (P < 0.05) displayed among groups. regarded novel reliable Compared AJCC staging system, can effectively cystectomy.
