ABSTRACT
Cancer chemotherapy resistance is one of the most critical obstacles in cancer therapy. Since Warburg O first observed alterations metabolism 1950s, people gradually found tumor pathways play a fundamental role regulating response to chemotherapeutic drugs, and attempts targeting energetics have shown promising preclinical outcomes recent years. This study aimed summarize knowledge structure identify emerging trends potential hotspots metabolic signaling drug research.Publications related published from 1992 2022 were retrieved Web Science Core Collection database. The document type was set articles or reviews with language restriction English. Two different scientometric software including Citespace VOS viewer used conduct this analysis.A total 2,537 publications 1,704 833 final analysis.
