ABSTRACT
Hallermann-Streiff syndrome (HSS) is a rare congenital with different anomalies including midface hypoplasia, beak nose and micrognathia. The upper airways narrowness can lead to severe respiratory complications such as obstructive sleep apnoea (OSAS), particularly in infancy. management of these OSAS difficult poorly documented literature. We report the case an infant HSS complicated by early successfully managed non-invasive ventilation (NIV), provide overview morbidities discuss treatment options for HSS-related OSAS.
