Myasthenia gravis is an organ-specific autoimmune disease. Currently there no universal guidelines for childhood-onset myasthenia gravis, therefore, treatment strategies are usually based on the from adult patients. In order to contribute in process of development guideline, we have summarized clinical characteristics, strategies, outcome and related predictors gravis. We recruited 343 cases who were followed up at Department Pediatrics, Xiangya Hospital June, 2010 December, 2019. The data about treatments collected analyzed. Among cases, 164 longer than 2 years, whom 142 still remained with ocular endpoint. About treatments, 27 (27/164) accepted pyridostigmine only while rest glucocorticoid and/or other immunosuppressants. At endpoint, proportion optimal was 66.2% group remaining 31.8% generalized group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that type positive status antibodies against acetylcholine receptors independent risk factors poor outcome. conclusion, our patients present mainly as adequate immunotherapy improve long-term outcome, phenotype well relate
