ABSTRACT
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has aggressed in more than 200 countries and territories since Dec 2019, 30 million cases of disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by SARS-CoV-2 have been reported, including 950,000 deaths. Supportive treatment remains the mainstay therapy for COVID-19. There are no small-molecule-specific antiviral drugs available to prevent treat COVID-19 until recently. Herbal medicine can facilitate differentiation according clinical manifestations patients demonstrated effectiveness epidemic prevention control. The National Health Commission (NHC) China recommended "three TCM prescriptions three medicines," as a group six effective herbal formulas against released official file "Diagnosis Treatment Protocol Patients: Medicine Priority COVID-19." This study aimed develop collaborative filtering approach signaling drug combinations that similar potential therapeutic treatments treating results evaluated experts' domain knowledge.
