ABSTRACT
Our objective was to explore the mechanism of essential oil that extracted from Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol (Borneol oil) for improving learning and memory impairment in mice. Brain tissue plasma samples a normal group, model group reference were detected using gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOFMS) order find differential metabolites analyze metabolic pathways. Results showed there 11 different --including glycine azelaic acid --in samples, 26 metabolites--including adenine aspartic brain samples. These are involved phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan biosynthesis, phenylalanine metabolism, alanine, aspartate glutamate arginine beta-alanine glyoxylate dicarboxylate aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis. Thus, may improve by regulating amino metabolism and/or neurotransmitter changes.
