ABSTRACT
Vascular remodeling due to hypertension is one of the major health challenges facing countries around world. Neohesperidin, a flavonoid glycoside found in citrus fruits, an antioxidant. Neohesperidin has been studied for variety diseases addition hypertension. In this study, angiotensin II was used induce mice (490 ng/kg/min, 14 days). We H&E, Masson, immunofluorescence, dihydroethidine and qPCR evaluate effect Nehesperidin (50 mg/kg/day, 16 days) on pathological mice. Estimating human umbilical vein endothelial cells vascular smooth muscle stimulated by II. that neohesperidin inhibited II-induced reduced hypertrophy, fibrosis, inflammation oxidative stress vivo. ROS DNA damage cells. migration The results showed acts as antioxidant could significantly inhibit induced vitro
