ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyse the effects of resisted, aerobic and combined exercises on omentin levels in visceral adipose tissue muscle rats with experimental diabetes verify whether these adipokines are related glucose pathway inflammation process this model. Male Wistar received a high-fat diet for 4 weeks low dose streptozotocin (35mg/kg) induce diabetes. After inducing diabetes, animals were divided into groups (n=10): diabetic control (C); resistance training (RT); (AT) (CT). The exercised 12 weeks, 3 times/week, where: RT means stair climbing protocol until exhaustion; AT is 30 min/day reaching 20m/min protocol, CT combination training. group showed reduced retroperitoneal mesenteric abdominal fat deposits. Our also possible blood glucose, as well decreased Interleukin 6 (IL-6) C-reactive protein, increased circulating adiponectin . In addition, affected by stimulating phosphorylation Akt tissue. Omentin strong positive correlation moderate negative IL-6. Thus, our findings indicated that type 2 changed Furthermore, had close association IL-6 serum, suggesting likely have anti-inflammatory/protective action
