ABSTRACT
Bamboo is an important model plant to study the molecular mechanisms of rapid shoot growth and flowering once in a lifetime. However, bamboo research about protein functional characterization largely lagged behind, mainly due lack gene transformation platforms. In this study, protoplast transient expression system moso has been first established. Using reliable efficient system, we have generated set multicolored fluorescent markers based on targeting sequences from endogenous proteins, which validated by their comparative localization with Arabidopsis organelle markers, combination pharmaceutical treatments. Moreover, further demonstrated power multicolor marker for rapid, combinatorial analysis subcellular uncharacterized may play potential functions fast shoots. Finally, elucidated protein–protein interaction fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) co-immunoprecipitation analysis. Taken together, could be used unknown proteins will definitely promote progress diverse areas plants.
