ABSTRACT
Over the course of evolution, plants have developed plasticity to acclimate environmental stresses such as drought and salt stress. These plant adaptation measures involve activation cascades molecular networks involved in stress perception, signal transduction expression related genes. Here, we investigated role plasma membrane-localized transporter auxin PINFORMED1 (PIN1) regulation pavement cells (PCs) guard (GCs) development under conditions. The results showed that treatment affected PCs GCs. Further analysis identified different mechanisms PIN1 regulating developmental patterns GCs Drought also regulated dynamics pif1/3/4/5 quadruple mutants. Collectively, revealed plays a crucial epidermal conditions, thus contributing rebustness plasticity.
