ABSTRACT
High-density planting aggravates competition among plants and has a negative impact on plant growth productivity. Nitrogen application chemical control can improve increase grain yield in high-density planting. Our experiment explored the effects of nitrogen fertilizer regulators maize root-bleeding sap, phosphorus (P) potassium (K) accumulation translocation, quality We established field study during 2017 2018 growing seasons, with three levels N100 (100 kg ha −1 ), N200 (200 N300 (300 ) at (90,000 applied Yuhuangjin (a regulator mixture 3% DTA-6 27% ethephon) 7th leaf. results showed that combined could regulate amino acid mineral nutrient concentration delivery rates sap its rate. Also, treated exhibited higher P K uptake translocation ability. Furthermore, treatment maintained high level ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase (RuBPCase), phosphoenolpyruvate (PEPCase), nitrate reductase (NR), glutamine synthetase (GS) enzymatic activities leaves. In addition, improved GS, glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) contents crude protein, lysine, sucrose, soluble sugar ultimately increased yield. This suggests combination promotes root vitality
