ABSTRACT
Laticifers are secretory structures that produce latex, forming a specialized defense system against herbivory. Studies using anatomical approaches to investigate laticifer growth patterns have described their origin; however, mode of growth, i.e., whether is intrusive or diffuse, remains unclear. investigating how cytoskeleton filaments may influence shape establishment and lacking. In this study, we combined microtubule immunostaining developmental anatomy the in different types laticifers. Standard methods were used study development. Microtubules labelled through immunolocalization α-tubulin three laticifers from plant species: nonanastomosing (
