ABSTRACT
Salinity stress is a great threat to the growth and productivity of crops, development salt-tolerant crops necessity ensure food security. Although few genes with natural variations that confer salt tolerance at germination seedling stage in rice have been cloned, effective intragenic markers for these are awaited be developed, which hinder use genetic improvement rice. In this study, we first performed haplotype analysis five salt-tolerant-related using 38 accessions reference genome 4,726 germplasm imputed genotypes classified main groups haplotypes. Subsequently, identified unique elite haplotypes reported previous studies developed 11 makers. Finally, conducted genotyping 533 from worldwide 70 approved temperate geng/japonica cultivars China markers. These results could provide donors thus
