ABSTRACT
Anthocyanin is the main component of pigment in red-fleshed kiwifruit. 'Jinhongguan' a new cultivar Actinidia arguta with red peel and flesh after harvest. However, specific types anthocyanin fruit its biosynthesis pathways remain largely unknown. Here, total content color conversion process was determined. The results showed that increased deepening flesh. To identify genes related to anthocyanins fruit, combined analysis transcriptome anthocyanin-targeted metabolome carried out. A 5751 common differentially expressed (DEGs) at different stages were identified, which 2767 up-DEGs 2976 down-DEGs. KEGG GO enrichment analyses significantly enriched synthesis-related pathways, suggesting some are involved biosynthesis. In total, 29 metabolites detected by metabolome. Among these, nine differential accumulation (DAMs) comparison vs green Six DAMs up-regulated, five them cyanidins. cyanidin-3-O-galactoside much higher than other DAMs, making it 'Jinhongguan'. Moreover, 36 structural genes, 27 MYB transcription factors (TFs), 37 bHLH TFs 9 WDR screened from DEGs. Correlation revealed 6 TFs, 1 TF associated cyanidin-3-O-galactoside. Further, qRT-PCR demonstrated (AaPAL3, Aa4CL3, AaCHS2/3/8/9/11, AaDFR1/2, AaANR1, UFGT3a UFGT6b) (MYB108, bHLH30, bHLH94-1 WD43) play important roles cyanidin Overall, this study identified as type key candidate coloration post-harvest arguta. These findings provided insights into formation mechanism offered theoretical basis for regulation
