ABSTRACT
Recently, some new Qi-Nan clones of Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Spreng which intensively produces high-quality agarwood have been identified and propagated through grafting techniques. Previous studies primarily focused on ordinary A. the differences in composition when compared to . There are few formation mechanism dynamic changes components endophytic fungi during induction process. In this paper, characteristics, chemical composition, induced after 1 year, 2 years, 3 years were studied, white wood was used as control. The results showed that yield continued increase with time over a period while content alcohol extract from reached its peak at two years. During agarwood, starch soluble sugars xylem rays interxylary phloem consumed reduced. Most oily substances filled ray cells phloem, small amount vessels. main also chromones sesquiterpenes. With an increasing time, sesquiterpenes increased, decreased. most abundant 2-(2-Phenethyl) chromone, 2-[2-(3-Methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl] and2-[2-(4-Methoxyphenyl) chromone. Significant observed species found different times. A total 4 phyla, 73 orders, 448 genera dominated by Ascomycota Basidiomycota Different times had significant effect diversity fungal community Qi-Nan. After formation, Correlation analysis there positive correlation between yield, content, sesquiterpene chromone indicated play role promoting agarwood. produced exhibited strong antioxidant capacity. DPPH free radical scavenging activity reactive oxygen clearance significantly positively correlated
