ABSTRACT
In higher education, student learning satisfaction is a significant predictor of that indicates the commitment students have to their and future academic achievement. The study combines social cognitive career theory (SCCT) stimulus-organism-response (SOR) model explore psychological cognition attitudes derived from during learning, discusses pattern enhancement aspect process, further understands relationships among support systems, interaction relationships, self-efficacy, generic skills, satisfaction. this study, 800 valid copies questionnaires were collected 12 universities through purposive sampling, structural was analyzed by partial least squares equation modeling (PLS-SEM). results showed all constructs positive effect; furthermore, research self-efficacy skills had significantly indirect effect in model-specifically, mediating effect. Finally, corresponding theoretical practical implications put forward based on results.
