ABSTRACT
Two different mindfulness-based interventions were deployed in a sample of white-collar workers to explore the differential effects on facets mindfulness, dimensions psychological wellbeing, work engagement, performance, and stress participant. A total 28 participants completed one programs, their results compared between groups against 27 randomly allocated waiting list control group. Results suggest both mindfulness intervention programs successful at increasing levels performance participants, as well decreasing stress. Significant differences found two all outcome variables. that brief customized are lengthier programs.
