ABSTRACT
Introduction HIV-related worries are a major barrier to achieving fertility goals for couples living with HIV (CLWH). We examined the moderating role of children in association between and motivation CLWH including happiness, well-being, identity, continuity. Methods The data 322 reproductive-aged were collected this cross-sectional study from referral antiretroviral therapy clinic Kunming, China October December 2020. Intra- interpersonal mechanisms moderated by number husband-wife dyads analyzed actor-partner interdependence moderation model. Results high-level wives husbands associated spouses’ motivation. Having at least one child helped ameliorate negative one’s own However, there was no evidence such spouse. Conclusion Whether has should be taken into account counseling.
