Antecedents of Employee Green Behavior in the Hospitality Industry

ABSTRACT
Organizations are increasingly adopting green human resource management policies to encourage environmentally friendly behaviors. Research shows that and procedures is beneficial for the hospitality industry. However, limited empirical evidence exists on association between environmental-specific ethical leadership, psychological climate, employees' behavior. Therefore, this study intends examine climate (PGC) as a mediator relationship of leadership (ESEL) behavior (EGB), specifically in hotel industry Pakistan. Data from 224 non-managerial position employees understudy sector was collected using convenient sampling technique.
