ABSTRACT
Due to globalization, a dynamic business environment, and stiff rivalry, the importance of employee creativity (EC) has increased in current era more than ever before. The hotel sector no exception, rather need for is high this because most hotels operate ways that are easy imitate. Recently, researchers have paid attention micro-level corporate social responsibility (ML-CSR) linked it achieve different employee-related outcomes such as EC. However, above relationship was less explored hospitality context.
