ABSTRACT
Social media rumination means that social users are inclined to worry about their posts, relevant situational elements, and ramifications of the posts on a regular basis, it is one main reasons why people's use linked unfavorable mental health interpersonal results. Rumination antagonistic mindfulness, which entails paying attention purpose without judgment, mindfulness appears be useful in reducing rumination. However, context media, nature relationship between has gained less attention. The current research study indicates trait upward comparison (USC), self-esteem implicated (SMR). no synthesized findings into model. Therefore, aims explore SMR, mediating effect USC, moderating self-esteem. model was tested using AMOS PROCESS macro SPSS with bootstrapping. According findings, SC have moderated mediator SMR. Specifically, individuals high do not necessarily USC. Self-esteem above mediation. beneficial explained depth this study.
