ABSTRACT
Methamphetamine use is a serious problem in China. Compulsory isolation detoxification the main treatment measure for drug dependents, whereas psychological interventions compulsory centers are extremely inadequate. The current study aimed to examine effects of mindfulness-based relapse prevention (MBRP) on methamphetamine dependence patients Chinese institutions. Forty-one dependent received 16-sessions MBRP 8 weeks and assessments were conducted at baseline, 4-, 8-week (after whole intervention). Results repeated measured ANOVAs showed there was no significant effect emotions cravings. Findings indicated that still difficult make firm conclusions due insignificant results. Future studies should modify ensure it suitable institutions
