The effective translation of evidence-based interventions has contributed to implementing actions that impact public policies and the population's health. However, there is a gap in literature regarding factors associated with successful implementation these interventions. Active Life Improving Health Behavior Change Program (BCP-VAMOS) uses behavioral strategies promote an active healthy lifestyle community. Characterized as health innovation, it also provides professionals online training implement program Primary Care (PHC).
