ABSTRACT
The effective translation of evidence-based interventions has contributed to implementing actions that impact public policies and the population's health. However, there is a gap in literature regarding factors associated with successful implementation these interventions. Active Life Improving Health Behavior Change Program (BCP-VAMOS) uses behavioral strategies promote an active healthy lifestyle community. Characterized as health innovation, it also provides professionals online training implement program Primary Care (PHC). Our study describes pragmatic trial aims evaluate BCP-VAMOS, version 3.0, PHC southern Brazil.
