During the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccine hesitancy (VH) on vaccination still exists in different populations, which has a negative impact epidemic prevention and control. The objectives were to explore college students' willingness vaccinate, determine factors influencing behavior of students with hesitancy, provide basis for improving compliance vaccination.The universities Wuhan are categorized into three levels according their comprehensive strength randomly sampled at each level, ten selected. A self-designed anonymous electronic questionnaire was distributed online from May 12 31, 2021 investigate status, among Wuhan.Of 1,617 participants (1,825 received questionnaire) surveyed, 19.0% reported hesitancy. Among vaccine-hesitant students, 40.1% vaccinated against COVID-19. binary logistic regression analysis shows that families' attitudes "Uncertain" (odds ratio (OR) = 0.258 [0.132-0.503]), risk psychology (OR 0.242 [0.079-0.747]) wait-and-see mentality 0.171 [0.068-0.468]) hesitant while herd 7.512 [2.718-20.767]) uncertainty free policy's trust 3.412 [1.547-7.527]) positive factors.The relatively high. Family support, strategies can help improve "wait-and-see" reduce possibility vaccination. strategy should be strengthened perspective social psychological construction.
