ABSTRACT
Due to people having less children and the aging population, demand for elderly health services is increasing, which leads an increase in information. However, there a gap between medical information care due different storage institutions methods, makes it difficult service industry fully grasp utilize of elderly. Therefore, provide whole process that combine care. To solve problem poor collaborative utilization healthcare information, this paper, based on blockchain cross-chain technology literature field research, studies specific contexts are needed realize collaboration. Based system theory viewpoint, component-based modular design concept used identify attributes types current from related five modules prevention, detection, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation healthcare. This paper explores structure, elements, interactions chains chains. We build blockchain-enabled collaboration model perspective with help underlying logic virtual chain, applicability flexibility process. The research results show proposed can easy implementation, high throughput, strong privacy protection.
