ABSTRACT
Introduction Mobility, defined as active, controlled, multi-joint flexibility used in movement, is limited pregnant women due to problems with low back pain (LBP) and pelvic girdle (PGP). The Pregnancy Mobility Index (PMI) a tool for assessing mobility relation LBP/PGP. lack of Polish version the PMI test prompted transcultural adaptation conditions. aim study was evaluate measurement properties Index. Methods involved 121 aged 18–44. translation process accordance design. Reliability assessed by intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Construct validity between (PMI-PL) Physical Activity Questionnaire (PPAQ-PL) Spearman’s rank coefficient. Results into satisfactory, high internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.97–0.98, ICC 0.989). Statistically significant inverse proportional correlations were found total PA, PA (light above), light moderate vigorous construct analysis PMI-PL PPAQ-PL.
