Methods: Elderly hospitalized patients who were older than 60 years old, from Rehabilitation Hospital December 2019 2020 selected. Barthel index (BI), nutritional assessment, causes bone mineral density (BMD) reductions analysed. Results: A total 94 (83.56 ± 8.37 old) enrolled. With increasing age, BMD lumbar spine, femoral neck, shaft decreased, incidence (OP) increased. The spine was negatively correlated female positively serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels, difference between actual body weight ideal weight, blood uric acid levels; neck age female, height geriatric nutrition risk score. BI. Conclusion: OP increased Aric may protect health Early attention status, exercise capacity, level, level population can help high-risk OP.
