ABSTRACT
Surgery is the mainstay of treatment for resectable gallbladder cancer. Near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging using ICG an innovation in laparoscopic surgery, which can provide real-time navigation during whole operation. In this article, we present a 56-year older woman with cancer, evaluated applicability NIRF tumor and biliary tree visualization operative procedure The were clearly visualized by utilizing green dye. patient was successfully operated radical resection cancer under laparoscope, without any complications. According to case, utilization based feasible beneficial identifying tumors resection. It assist achievement negative margin lymphatic clearance around tree. However, further studies are needed corroborate results case.
