ABSTRACT
This study combines two innovative mouse models in a major gene discovery project to assess the influence of host genetics on asbestos related disease (ARD). Conventional studies provided evidence that some susceptibility mesothelioma is genetic. However, identification modifier genes, roles they may play, and whether contribute remain unknown. Here we report designed rapidly identify genes associated with by combining Collaborative Cross (CC) resource well-characterised MexTAg model.
