ABSTRACT
Objectives: Chronic low back pain (CLBP) accounts for a majority of the disability associated with LBP, which can produce long-term negative effects. This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate association between smoking and pain, dysfunction psychological status in patients CLBP. Methods: The 54 CLBP were recruited divided into non-smoking groups. Their dysfunction, anxiety, depression, fear quality life evaluated. amount cigarettes smoked daily was recorded. Results: Significant differences VAS, ODI, RMDQ FABQ impact LBP on work found patients. In addition, correlation cigarette VASmax, FABQtotal, SDS FABQ-W. Moreover, observed degree work. Conclusion: that affected aggravation symptoms CLBP, indicated people at risk should be aware harm caused by smoking.
