ABSTRACT
Objectives: This study aimed to examine the levels of trust in information provided by public authorities 2 years after COVID-19 outbreak and factors associated with trust. Methods: Using a cross-national approach, online survey data was collected from four Western countries-Australia, Norway, United Kingdom, States America. Differences reports very low or were examined age, gender, area residence, highest level education countries. Results: Levels authorities' among Norwegian respondents lowest U.K. respondents. Lower found males, individuals living rural remote areas, those lower education. Conclusion: The outcomes contribute knowledge regarding differences between socio-demographic groups countries people have concerning crisis, such as COVID-19. Strategies promote societies different could consider these differences.
