ABSTRACT
Objective: To compare health service use (HSU) between migrants and non-migrants in Germany. Methods: Using data from the population-based German National Cohort (NAKO), we compared HSU of general practitioners, medical specialists, psychologists/psychiatrists six migrant groups different origins with utilization non-migrants. A latent profile analysis (LPA) a subsequent multinomial regression was conducted to characterize groups. Additionally, separate models were calculated. Both analyses aimed estimate direct effect migration background on HSU.
