ABSTRACT
Cultivation of the peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) on same land contributes to accumulation root exudates, leading increased soil pathogens and decreased yield. Trichoderma harzianum is a naturally occurring endophytic biocontrol fungus that can enhance plant growth, nutrient uptake, tolerance biotic abiotic stresses. Separately, Bradyrhizobium spp. biological nitrogen-fixing (BNF) bacterium favoring nodule formation in roots which promotes nitrogen fixation. The dynamics symbiotic association between these two organisms were evaluated laboratory greenhouse conditions. Peanuts cultivated pots inoculated with either or both evaluate development, vitro study results showed seeds treated had better germination seedling biomass (p = 0.0008) compared other treatments. On hand, studies microbes, those alone higher dry < 0.0001) as well chlorophyll content Understanding interactive effects fungal endophytes rhizobial bacteria growth development will help disease management Arachis L.
