ABSTRACT
Since plug seedlings play a key role in automatic transplanting, this work aimed to explore the interaction between biochar rate, water content, and N–fertilization substrate on cultivation of cucumber before after transplanting. The research showed that most factors obtained significant individual effects by measuring analyzing growth parameters Most significantly decreased with increase rate except Water Use Efficiency which highest value 2.06 g/L when was 10%. Furthermore, some increased while Total Dry Matter reached their values, 0.778 g 1.94 g/L, respectively, content 65%. All values 50%; too high or low not conducive seedlings. photosynthesis indices cultivated transplanting indicated superior performed better than other treatments regard interactions were general optimal 5%, 80%, 50% substrate, under treatment could only meet requirements but also ensure rapid This study thus provides guidance for effective vegetable
