The Design and Analysis of Double Cutter Device for Hinge and Suction Dredger Based on Feedback Control Method

ABSTRACT
The hinge and suction dredger is widely used in the construction field such as river lake management, water dredging, port infrastructure projects, etc. With continuous development of modern dredging technology, traditional cannot adapt to complex environment during process there are problems large energy consumption over-excavation leakage excavation. In this paper, a double cutter was designed that has wider adaptability than single dredger. At same time, based on principle passive adaptive control, working parameters control system were calculated determined, an algorithm proposed determine by using current difference between two cutters. Finally, feasibility structure verified experiments. efficiency improved, reduced 9–25% ideal state.
