ABSTRACT
Recently, biological materials such as DNA molecules, proteins, and albumen have been extensively investigated for various applications, they are environmentally friendly exhibit novel optical electronic properties. Especially, over the last decades, DNA–lipid complex frequently reported components of devices. In this mini-review, physicochemical performance is introduced, then related research progress in devices organic thin film transistors other optical-electrical discussed. Finally, challenges prospects possible applications also presented.
