ABSTRACT
NbSe2 nanoparticles, the representative member of VB TMDCs group, have garnered significant attention due to their unique structural and optical properties, which make them promising candidates for various applications in nanoelectronics optoelectronics. In this paper, authors report on synthesis nanoparticles via sonochemical method at ambient temperature with controlled size, well-defined crystal structure, desirable properties. The investigation compositional analysis revealed that synthesized are well-defined, near stoichiometry, a hexagonal structure belonging space group P63mmc. other morphological characteristics studied through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), atomic force (AFM), UV-VIS NIR spectroscopy, etc., were discussed here.
