ABSTRACT
The formation of structures different sizes on the surface a single sample and study mechanisms their excitations energy transitions is promising area research. ZnO/SiO2/Si heterostructures were formed by two-stage electrochemical etching silicon wafers synthesizing zinc oxide nanoparticles using sol-gel technology. By scanning electron atomic force microscopies, various pores clusters identified. presence five levels hierarchy provided synthesis light-emitting particles with properties. Light emission are associated recombination excitons hyperfine structure charged trapped oxygen vacancy.
