ABSTRACT
Professional ethos encompasses individual factors such as attitudes and expectations, commitment responsibility, well other social related to collaboration or identification with role models. All of these are expressed in professional experiences routines. Practicum within teacher education programmes contribute the initial expression formation students’ ethos. This study aims analyse how restrictions context COVID-19 pandemic affected future teachers’ their resilience skills. The analyses assessment discourse practicum during two academic years by pandemic, involving a sample n = 725 students. Multivariate Analysis Variance (MANOVA) Biplot Reinert’s Alceste methods were employed examine differences based on gender developmental changes over years. results highlight significant impact limitations routines determining factor. Additionally, both tutors innovation stood out variables development Gender revealed more negative expectations among female students, while, per year, there was positive evolution learning male In conclusion, pandemic-affected facilitated ethos, emphasising resilient solutions.
