ABSTRACT
This paper proposes new closed expressions of self-impedance using the Method Moments with Point Matching Procedure and piecewise constant linear basis functions in different configurations, which allow saving computing time for solution wire antennas complex geometries. The have complexity O(1) well-defined theoretical bound errors. They were compared an adaptive numerical integration. We obtain accuracy between 7 16 digits depending on chosen function segmentation used. Besides, involved calculation terms was evaluated required by adaptative quadrature integration same problem. Expressions a run-time bounded 50 200 times faster than assuming full computation all expressions.
