ABSTRACT
With the evolution of information technology, use internet things has increased. It affects several areas such as medical field, smart cities, and systems. In this work, we will technological development in context health, particularly e-health. We present a platform based on IoMT to allow monitoring patient’s health. To meet constraint secrecy confidentiality information, Blockchain secure system. Our system data collected by sensors blood pressure, SPO2 concentration, EEG signals. These encrypted be an embedded Raspberry PI 4 (working relay) before being processed (on backend server) then saved node. The preliminary results show effectiveness proposed candidate low-cost example secured Electronic Health Record (EHR).
