ABSTRACT
An algorithm to improve the resolution of frequency spectrum by detecting number complete cycles, removing any fractional components signal, signal discontinuities, and interpolating for fault diagnostics electrical machines using low-power data acquisition cards is proposed in this paper. Smart sensor-based processing devices such as Arduino are becoming common due growing trend Internet Things (IoT), cloud computation, other Industry 4.0 standards. For predictive maintenance, representing frequencies at incipient stage very difficult detect their small amplitude leakage powerful into parts spectrum. purpose, offline advanced techniques used that cannot be performed required computational time, complexity, memory. Hence, paper, an can without complex suitable devices. The results both from simulation practical environment presented.
