ABSTRACT
Today, renewable energy sources (RESs) are increasingly being integrated into power systems. This means adding more of uncertainty to the system. To deal with input random variables (RVs) in system calculation and analysis problems, probabilistic flow (PPF) techniques have been introduced proven be effective. Currently, although there many proposed for solving PPF problem, Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) method is still considered as highest accuracy its results used a reference evaluation other methods. However, MCS often requires very high computational intensity, this makes practical application difficult, especially large-scale In current paper, an advanced data clustering technique process RV order decrease burden problem while upholding acceptable level accuracy. The can effectively applied solve problems operating time horizon developed approach tested on modified IEEE-300 bus system, indicating good performance reducing computation time.
